"Alpha, I need to get a reading on the Luna. I have my suspicions, but the fact that you said her eyes glow yellow, I need to first be sure. Now if you would, please let me pass!" Cassia said with a calm demeanor. Jason looked over at me and John, seemingly wanting our approval. I just nodded my head and Jason moved to the side. Cassia leaned down and took Jennifer's hand in hers. Jennifer's eyes immediately started glowing neon yellow again. Cassia started to mumble a few words to herself as the yellow glow from Jennifer's eyes started to cover her skin and went down to Cassia's hand.

Jennifer was just a normal human who moved to the states after graduating with her Masters Degree. She led her life normal, living next to the forest. She soon discovers that she was mated to Triplet Alphas.

The triplets soon discover that Jennifer is not just any normal human, would this be the reason that she had lost their first baby. How will she cope? Will she be able to adjust to pack life and will she be able to handle her newly discovered powers?

Read to find out.

Chapter 1: Thrice as nice
Jennifer’s P.O.V. I have never given much thought to any supernatural kind, to be honest. They were just characters from stories, right? Nope! Wrong!! My name is Jennifer, if you haven’t quite noticed – I’m human. After I graduated with my Masters Degree, I decided to move to the states and start my new life here in the city of Audubon – surrounded by endless amounts of forest greens, deemed by myself the perfect place to find peace. With my luck, I was the last house on the block, having a back porch that overlooks the beautiful greenery. Being only 26 years old, I still found myself in my years of youth that would have promised some growth in my professional work lifestyle – yes you guessed it right, I am married solely to my work. I woke up this morning feeling quite different. However, I couldn’t exactly place what was so different that it literally would’ve made my legs go jelly. I decided on taking a nice hot shower before I started my daily ritual for the workday. I climbed out of bed and went straight for the shower, turning the water as hot as humanly possible, and climbed in. After my shower, I still had that nagging different feeling deep inside me. I decided to shake it off and got dressed in my black pencil skirt, navy loose-fitting blouse, and a pair of black stilettos to finish the look off perfectly. I applied a small amount of make-up and put my hair in a messy bun before I grabbed my handbag and got into the car to get to work. On my way to work, I stopped at CoffeeHeavan just to get my normal dose of espresso ahead of a busy day. As I paid for my coffee and wanted to go to the seating area to drink it and have a look at my calendar for the day, I couldn’t help but notice three strangers fixating their ice-blue eyes at me – I could swear their eyes flashed black for a moment. But I wouldn’t lie … they were something to look at for sure. Being triplets, it was just extra yummy to look at! Having jet-black hair that looked kind of messy, being well built – I could almost think they would be in a gym for about 3 hours a day judging those muscles. One of them caught me checking him out – blushing, I looked away just as he was smirking. I felt so embarrassed! I decided from my embarrassing moment just a few seconds ago, I’d rather have my coffee in the car on my way to work. Can this day just get over with already??? *** As the end of the day had started to dawn on me, I just couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling of this morning. I had gotten home when there was an unexpected knock on my door. I opened it to reveal the three handsome strangers I encountered at CoffeeHeavan the morning. How did they know where I lived? “Hi! Can I help you” I said as I opened the door a little wider, feeling attracted to them. “Hi, yes. Uhm – you forgot your coat at the coffee shop this morning so I thought you would like to have it back?” one of them said. “Oh wow! Thank you – I almost thought I left it at home this morning. Just curious … how did you find my address?” I asked, being surprised at how they had somehow gotten my home address. Why did they smell so good – each having their own scent? I heard them chuckle and it snapped me back into reality – I felt completely embarrassed right now. “You know, we followed you to work to give you your coat, the lady at reception said you had a day full of meetings and that I should rather take it to your home address later on today. She said you wouldn’t mind?” the one on the left said. Geez, thanks Lu-Anne! “Uhm, yes thank you for the coat,” I said as I quickly grabbed it from him, only realizing now that I don’t know their names. “Sorry, uhm what’s your name? – I think it should just be proper to thank the people who saved my coat from being stolen.” All three of them smiled, those dimples on the one on the right-hand sides’ smile made was my end and I felt as though I have been set on fire. “My name is Jason Marshal, this is Jarrod Marshal on my left and that is John Marshal on my right – it’s a pleasure to meet you… -” he gestured for me to give them my name. “Jennifer” I replied softly although I think they had heard me. “Very well Jennifer, it is nice to meet you – you have a beautiful smile,” said Jarrod. I blushed a little shy because of the compliment they had given me. After a few seconds of awkward silence, I thought it would only be polite to invite them in for coffee. “Would you like to step in for some coffee? I have just cooked the kettle?” I said shyly. “We would love to, however, we need to get back, so thank you for the offer, Jennifer. Hopefully, we’ll see you again shortly?” smiled John as they started to walk away. I just stood there frozen in my spot at the door as I watched the triplets climb into their Jeep and drive off in the snowy weather.
