aci Phillips is a straight A student that's in her last year of high school. She only has 2 friends more like sisters to her. Some people bully her for her dad leaving her and her mother when she just a little kid or even some bully her because she is mixed, but she can't change either of those things so she just ignores them even though each word, each time hurts her more and more. She just wants to finish her last year if high school and get the hell out of that town and she thought she would go through this year just like any other year, but boy was she wrong and one person is responsible for that, Santos Gonzalez.
Santos Gonzalez is a very feared and know name well at least every where but the little town Kaci leaves in. Santos is the second heir of the most dangerous gang in the world "The Black Thorns". He is anything but kind or innocent. He is basically a walking s*x god and sure as hell knows it, the typical bad boy, he has the leather jacket, that tattoos and even the bad ass motorcycle. He just moved to thornhill and is about to finish his last year of high school and surprise surprise guess who also goes there, you guessed it Kaci Phillips, well this is going to be fun.

I was getting bullied by my usually bully the famous Quarterback Blake Andrew's about my race and how my dad left me because I'm a freak, pathetic, blab, blab, blab, it doesn't effect me that much anymore. Usually the twins (best friends/ sisters) would stick up for me but they got back late from there trip last night so they stayed home today. But anyways he was saying all that bullshit when someone grabbed him and slammed him against the lockers by his collar, this boy, no man, looked like a f*****g walking s*x god, like damn, I never seen him before, who dis?

"How about I make a deal with you?" I looked up and saw his eyes sparkling with mischief? Oh s**t.
"I will protect you from all your bullies...." he then stepped forward where we were mere inches apart, grabbed my chin and said something that changed my life from then on.
