Dimension Adventures (Book 4)

Thirteen and a half years have passed since we last saw Anna, Luna, Agatha and the g**g. Gilda and Wendy have created their own stellar clothing line, completely taking over the fashion world. Amber and Maxine have opened a new dance studio. Kelly and Bonbun have opened their own restaurant having a full crowd every time. Gail and her fighters have retired from martial arts but opened a training facility with Heart. Kiyme is now the official leader of the Amazons but still lives with Amber. However, if something important happens she will leave to take care of it. The others? Well...let someone else explain. Sitting on her bed in her room is a young girl with burgundy red hair, dark hazel eyes, and a red pendant like her mother's. Mona's P.O.V. "Aaand there. We are live. Hi guys, my name is Mona. Today is the first day of school and I'm already set. Let's go check on the others." I walk into the living room. "Angel!" "Hi guys and gals." Angel says. "Bear hug!" Gloria says hugging Angel from behind, her long, deep brown hair in her face. Angel starts to laugh as her long, white, wavy hair is getting in her face. "Yep, this is our life. Come on guys we gotta catch the subway." As soon as I tell them they gather their things. We walk to the subway with our brothers and sisters, then we are on the way to the Multiverse Academy. Angel's POV: We start rushing to get to the subway. We also had to force Dustan to stop drawing a fake mustache on himself. When we get there we see my other siblings waiting for us with Zoe, Jasmine and Funxy. "Hey, you guys ready for the first day?" I ask them. "Girl, I look fabulous. Of course I'm ready." Jasmine said. Felix gives me a thumbs up. "The Felix Protection Squad is back in business." Funxy, Eliza, Oliver and Ethan announce together. "Let's go, we have Mr. Khan for first period." Talicia says flipping back her long, black, smooth cascade of hair revealing her emerald eyes. "Alright, I guess we will meet up at lunch." I tell everyone knowing that we all don't have the same first period, unfortunately. "Good, because Eliza and I have class together." Oliver says politely holding his container full of pens held to his chest as he wears one of his white sweaters that go with his black fluffy hair that goes to his chin and his light-tan skin. "Oh yes, I can't wait." Eliza whacks Oliver with her long multicolored hair that is put into two ponytails. Talicia's POV: As we walk away I can see the sadness in Angel's eyes. Her and Gloria are super close. Walking into first period, I sit in the middle row. "Welcome to history ladies and gentlemen." Mr. Khan speaks with confidence and a hint of humor. "Who can tell me something about history?" Someone raises their hand. "Go ahead." Mr. Khan says The person is the daughter of Aurora, Jinx. Her skin is a strawberry red. She has pink hair, pale green blue eyes and she is also known for her jokish nature and love of games. "There was a lot of wars." She answers. "Very true." Mr. Khan types 'wars' into his computer and it pops up on the screen. This time, her brother Gage, who takes a lot from their father but has his mom's love for romance and dramas, raises his hand. "Yes sir?" Mr. Khan addresses the young man. "There was also a lot of drama happening as well." Gage replies. Mr. Khan types it into his computer. Finally, I raise my hand. When he addresses me I say. "No matter how hard they fell they always stood back up." Jinx POV: I am sitting next to my brother in class listening to Mr. Khan even though I'm a little bored. "Alright. Now, who knows what appeasement is?" Mr. Khan asks Funxy raises her hand. "Go for it." He says "The act of giving the opposing what they want to avoid conflict. Or in a shorter term, the process of appeasing." Funxy explaines. "Good. For those who need a visual, Funxy, Talicia, come to the front." Mr.Khan stands up and walks to the front of the class. Funxy comes up to the front with Talicia. "Let's say that Talicia wants Funxy's item. Talicia says," "I want it." Talicia says "Here." Funxy says giving Talicia an item. "Now I want that marker." Funxy gives her the marker. "Give me your pen." Funxy gives her pen to Talicia. "Excellent job ladies." Mr. Khan tells them. "Have a seat." Talicia gives Funxy her pen back and smiles. Funxy smiles back and they go back to their seats. Gloria's POV: After fifth period they are heading to the cafeteria for lunch. "Hey Gloria." Angel says walking up to her. "Hey Angel. You will not believe the day I had." I tell her. "Well, what happened?" Angel asks as her siblings except for Felix come up to them. "We can start with the guy that had his finger up his nose. Wonder if he found a lot of nuggets." "Yeah, I wonder." Angel giggles. "Where's Felix?" Gloria looks around worriedly. "He was just with us." Oliver looks back and starts to get worried. "What do we have of his?" I am thinking about using a locator spell. Felix's POV: I am walking with Oliver and the others when suddenly something covers my mouth and I get dragged somewhere. All I can hear is whispers and laughter as something touches my skin writing a word. Then I am uncomfortably shoved into something. "There he is. In the locker." Gloria says opening the locker. Oliver helps me out of the locker. After getting out I hug him tightly. "Calm down, you're not in danger right now." Oliver reassures me. But it still didn't help the claustrophobia from the locker. "Ethan, get the kit." Gloria says angrily. Ethan brings out his kit and starts putting stuff on my face, which felt weird. I try to resist but Oliver keeps me still. Araminta's POV: After finding evidence, Gloria quickly identifies one of the culprits. We find and confront the them. "Who do you think you are shoving a defenseless blind person into a locker?" I ask angrily "Blind?" Caden responds. "What blind person?" "Don't test me boy." Talicia threatens him and we see that she is getting angry. "Test you? I don't even know you." "Ethan, show him the evidence." Gloria tells him. Ethan pulles out the evidence and shows it to him. "We got a sample of your DNA from your milk carton." Gloria tells Caden. "Why did you attack Felix and write FRESH MEAT ON HIS ARM!" Talicia raises her voice. "Well, that's none of your business, Missy." "It is too my business. Now answer me punk." "He deserved what he got." "So try me next. Or are you too chicken?" "I would, but the boy was a force to put in the locker. Besides, you're taller so I don't think you would fit." "Maybe you do have a set after all. But you're still coming up short in that department." "At least I have more of a pair than him." Caden responds pointing at Felix. A girl approaches from behind him. "Why don't you mind your own busi-" she stops talking and swings. Talicia catches her and a fight ensues. More bullies come out and some of the others join in. A dean sees the fight and walks up to them. "What is going on here?" They asks. We try to pull them apart which is difficult. Titus gets hit in the chest by Talicia when he pulls her off of the girls. "Crazy!" Imogen shouts. "I'll show you crazy!" Talicia shouts back. "But how is Talicia crazy when you started the fight?" Eliza asks Imogen. "All of you to the principal's office, now!" The dean tells them sternly. Eliza's POV: Great, we get called to the principal's office. I just hope Dad isn't going to be mad at us; especially since Oliver and Dustan decide to fend off the other weaker bullies. In the principal's office they call our parents. Gail, Ricky, Amber, Wendy, Kiyme, Ein, and Lily come. They do not look too happy. After the dean explains the situation they turn to us. I never thought that today would be the day that Dad would look at us with such an expression of disappointment in his eyes. "So, what's the story?" He asks us. "We were at lunch and we noticed that Felix was missing. I used a locator spell to find him." Gloria starts us off. "We found him shoved into a locker with the word 'Fresh Meat' written on his arm." Oliver continues which makes Dad's expression change from disappointment to concern. The other adults stay stone-faced making it hard to tell their true feelings. "Ethan used his kit, Gloria tracked Felix down, and it really got intense." Savvina explains "Then a girl swung at Talicia." I add. Talicia's silence causes Gail to speak to her in Spanish. "Well, I guess Oliver will explain this to us later. He is the language man after all." Dad thinks. Titus' POV: I look over at my sister, Talicia, as she is talking to our mom. I can see the fear in her eyes. I don't care that she hit me. She's done it several times.  But I also understand why she hit me. Talicia just needs some time to cool. She'll have plenty of time to do that when we get expelled. "Wait a minute. If Felix was bullied then where is he? Why isn't he here with you guys?" Lily asked. "We took him to the nurse's office just in case he got hurt." Ethan answers. I decide to speak up. "She swung at Talicia first." I point to Imogen. "Only because she was about to fight my friend." Imogen states. "Well then you don't know her like we do. Talicia may get mad but she doesn't start swinging unless she gets swung at." Charlotte shyly comments. "Enough, all of you!" The principal speaks with such authority that all the kids dare not go up against her fury. Charlotte's POV: I just want to stand up for one of my friends. Now I'm scared that this cliche bully and their bimbo of a friend might cause all of us to get expelled. "You all know that this is a no bullying zone, correct? There should never be ONE incident reported to me because there should never be an incident." She turned to Caden . "This may be the first day of school but that doesn't exclude you from being expelled." Me and my siblings listened to the principal not speaking out of fear of getting in more trouble. "Mr. Caden, you are expelled." She announced "What!" Imogen stands up in protest. "But they-" "Not another word Ms. Imogen. You should be expelled for striking Ms. Talicia. Now sit down before I change my mind." She does with a sour look on her face. The principal turns to us next. "As for the rest of you, since you were acting in self-defense I will pardon you. One more incident like that, however, and you will be expelled." She says firmly. "Now, go to sixth period. The adults and I have much to discuss." Heiko's POV: We walk to sixth period while our parents talk to the principal. It's nerve wracking. The rest of the day is awkward from this point. "Well, today was weird." Angel comments during free time. "Yeah, what's Mona doing?" Savvina asks "I have no clue." Angel says Mona's POV: Sitting on the couch I decid to document my day. I write: Dear Past Self,               August 21, 2035                                    Today was the first day of school. It wasn't a total success, but it also wasn't a total bust either. Granite we almost missed the subway but that's normal. We meet our teachers, got to see how our classes work, Marigold and I have agriculture together....it's nice. But then it happened.   Felix must have fallen behind when we were heading to lunch because Gloria realized he wasn't there. Some bullies shoved him into his locker and wrote 'Fresh Meat' on his arm. Who does that to a defenseless person? He only has one eye!   I guess we should have seen it coming. Mom and my aunts and uncles have always told us that we need to watch each others' backs. Makes sense. We are friends after all. But Felix has always been a target. Even in kindergarten! Just focus on your finger paintings. Crazy kids.   Everyone seemed to be upset with us, except for Ky. She seemed proud and understanding. I think she would have done the same thing. She is the queen of the Amazons and like us she was taught to protect her own. I thought things would be different this year. "I'm really hoping that Felix wasn't too affected by what happened today." He sighs. "It's Felix, he's done." Lysander states. "True." Dustan agrees "Dinner is served." Mom is setting up the table. Angel's P.O.V. I sit next to Gloria at the table. "Who's ready for tomorrow?" Gloria asks sarcastically "I don't know. We are going to have to be more cautious." Dustan says "We need a locator bracelet." Gloria suggests "Yeah, it seems that a bell only worked when we were in elementary." I comment. "Tell me about it." Talicia takes a bite of her chicken parmesan. "And how are we gonna get him to keep it on?" Dustan questions "Invisibility. He won't be able to see it." Gloria explains. "Or we could convince him it's the latest trend." "I don't think seeing it would be the concern. As long as it's something comfortable like his jacket, then he will be okay with wearing it." I comment. "Easy peasy." Gloria scoffs "I'm sure we'll figure it out soon." I say. "Wait, I might have an idea." Dustan proclaims. "Which is?" Heiko shrugs "Why not instead of a bracelet, how about a necklace? Also, if it is given to him by his crush he might not want to take it off to show his appreciation." Dustan explains. "Not only that, to him it might feel comforting to wear." "And what if they decide to choke him out with it?" Talicia asks "Talicia!" Titus exclaims "I guess you are right. I was thinking he might pick at it less." Dustan agrees. "Gloria meant she was gonna put a locator spell on a bracelet. That's why I suggested we give him one that would be comfortable like a soft one." Angel told him. "Ohhh." Dustan responds in realization. Ethan's P.O.V. After last night of finding out father is pregnant and since the first day of school goes fine enough today. I think it's time to tell the other's but still make it a surprise from Felix so at least someone would have to find out for themselves. So I pull out my phone and go to the chat called 'The things Felix doesn't know'. The Things Felix Doesn't Know Ethan Hey guys, do I got news for you. Oliver Oh no. Savvina What's going on? Gloria There better not be any drama. Arthur Seriously. I don't think I could handle any drama tonight. Arthur Ethan No... It's father he's pregnant. Eliza Yay! Charlotte I guess. Angel Well, he always did talk about wanting a colony of his own some day. Titus Not again. Aurla Duck and cover! Gloria To the fallout shelter! Quickly! Talicia Let's go. Move! Move! Move! Heiko Lockdown activated. Shelter secure. Jinx Pregnant Squid man! Dustan NO!!!! I don't care if that's a song. I don't like it. Gage Lol Ethan No worries. His tentacles are already tied up. That's how I found out.  So we're safe. Araminta Don't tell Ky. Araminta Who knows what she'll do? Charlotte Yeah, she might make him cry. Ethan Yeah and he doesn't want Bonbun knowing yet. He wants his freedom. Gloria More like if Ein hurts us then...well...Ein goes to squid heaven. Lysander Or cuts off his tentacles. Jack Or both. Oliver Mom would freak. It would be the end. Ethan I heard when they lost him one time she freaked out and moss grew everywhere. Ethan Good thing she didn't decide to stop time. Clyde Time to change the subject. Gloria's P.O.V. Angel and I are in my room texting the others. After the fact bomb Ethan drops we change the subject. The Felix Protection Squad Gloria We have a plan to protect Felix. Oliver Okay, what is it? Gloria A locator bracelet. Savvina Is he going to prison? Gloria Smh Jasmine Not unless we make it stylish. Eliza Can it be colourful too. I like colours. Aurla Oh whatever fashion gurus. Aurla As long as it gets the job done. Arthur True. Funxy Yeah and plus I like the idea. Oliver Me too. Gloria Good. I'll do it on subway tomorrow. Zoe And Funxy could give him the bracelet. Funxy What?! Funxy  Savvina You'll be fine Lovebird. Funxy Wait a minute. Jasmine Guys I hear someone nearby screaming in a pillow. Zoe Oh no...Creamilia and Bonbun are going upstairs. Lysander Run! Jasmine Oh, Felix made it first to the scene. Oliver Now the screaming got worse. I send a picture of my remodeled room with Angel sitting on her bed in the chat. Gloria Do you guys like my remodeled room? Zoe Yeah, I like it. Jasmine It's lovely. Eliza The colour is so pretty! So yes! Angel "You know I love it." Angel texted. Oliver Is no one else in this house hearing the extreme yelling upstairs!? Dustan Lol Savvina Get over it. That always happens. Funxy Guys I got a pillow thrown at me. Funxy  Btw, the bedroom is adorable. We text for a few more hours before heading to bed. The next day we put the plan into action. It's a success. Everything is going great until I am jumped in the girl's bathroom before lunch. I am able to hold my own until more come. Embarrassed, I disappear to the Enchanted forest. Slowly I am losing consciousness unsure of my fate. Angel's P.O.V. At lunch I am waiting for Gloria but I can't find her. So I start freaking out and looking everywhere. "Angel. Angel!" Mona shout "Yes?" I reply with tears in my eyes. "What's wrong?" Mona asks "I can't find Gloria." "Where could she have gone?" "I don't know." "We'll look for her after school." "I wonder." Marigold puts her hand on a root on a nearby tree. A grey figure of a woman appears in front of them. "Yes?" The figure asks. "Ahh!" Marigold jumps back and falls to the ground. We all look in shock and surprise. The woman just stands waiting for them to answer her. "H-h-hi there." Marigold says nervously. "Hello." "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to disturb you." "It's okay Marigold." "How do you know my name! Who are you?" "My name is Core." The bell rings. "Umm...I have to...go to class." Marigold told her. Gloria's P.O.V. I start to regain consciousness under a large tree and I think I see a gray woman standing there. Or maybe I am just seeing things. "Gloria." The figure says softly. I am not scared of her for some reason. Strangely, her presence is comforting to me.
